Getting Back Together

We're excited to announce that we will be returning to face-to-face scouts from the 20th April 2021. We cannot wait to resume our adventures and to see all our young people.

It is important that you are familiar with which bubble your young person is in and when they will be meeting.

We will often update this page, so please check back regularly for the latest information.

If you have any questions, please contact your section leader or email help@3rdwashingtonscouts.org.uk.

Our programme themes run across the whole group each week. Whilst the themes are the same, the activity, approach, challenge, expectation and support will be different for each section.

Programme Rota

Our rota has been developed to allow our young people to meet in a safe and secure way. Beavers, cubs and scouts will be meeting at Oxclose Community Academy at the times stated on our rota. Explorers will meet at Fatfield Scout Hut for the first two weeks of our programme.

It is important that you turn up at the allotted time to avoid crossing over with other bubbles.

For the weeks that you are not meeting there will be no scouts. This is because our adult volunteers will be delivering our activities to the other half of your section.
