Wishing you a very 'messy' Christmas and a happy New Year

3rd Washington's Oxclose and St Andrews cub packs joined together for the ultimate Christmas party. Everyone knows that a good Christmas party needs some food, music and games but you've never been to a Christmas party like this one!

The party started a couple of gentle games - a round of pass the parcel and the mars bar game, then came the mess. Have you ever wondered what flour tastes like when it's not baked in a cake? Well cubs who couldn't keep a steady hand found out in the messiest game of the night and as if that wasn't bad enough they then had to retrieve a sweet from angel delight without using their hands.

Santa popped in for a visit and was assured by all leaders that this year the cubs have all been good so he dropped off presents for all before leaving on his sleight into the night.
Many thanks to Santa (and his reindeers) and all of the leaders who made the night happen and to the scouts who helped with the clear up.

St Andrews and Oxclose cubs next meet on 5th January 2010.

The 3rd Washington Cubs Leader team would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year.
