Tonight all of 3rd Washington Scout group came together to celebrate what could only be described as a fantastic year in scouting. It was standing room only as beavers, cubs, scouts and parents arrived for the event.

There were Queen Scout Awards, Silver Acorn's, Wood Badges, SPLs, Bronze Chief Scout Awards, Silver Chief Scout awards, Nights Away, Hikes Away, achievement badges and Moving on Awards to be presented as well as the presenting Stevie and Sarah with their wood badges.

Also on offer were some games in the garden, some BBQ's and much, much more. It was a momentous night for everyone who was there, most importantly for the young people who received well earnt badges!

A special thanks goes out to all of the adult leaders, adult helpers, young leaders, The group executive and of course parents who have supported us through the year.

A fab night was had by all (despite having to do all the boring finance bits too) and we ended with a quick campfire song.
