Scouts: Something fishy going on...

The Blue Reef Aquarium at Tynemouth played host to scouts tonight as they explored the science of life underwater. Scouts found out how big
turtles actually got and that otters really do mark their territory with scent!

At first Scouts visited the Tropical Fish section, looking at 'Nemo' fish, 'Dory' Fish and Star Fish. We then went to the stinky otter pen and heard all of the otters squeaking and squealing for attention! And then finally we went and seen Humphrey and the Gang in the big tank, There was 2 species of shark, 2 species of puffer-fish, 7 other species of large fish and then there was the main man, Humphrey!

See all of the spectacular photos in the Photos Zone

Scouts had an excellent time and a huge thanks goes out to the Blue Reef Aquarium!
