Scouts: It's Quasar, But Not As We Know It

40 Scouts from 3rd Washington and Fatfield last night took part in a high-tech laser tag game as Laser Battlefield near Swallwell.

We were split into 4 teams and played 2 different games on the field. The first game was simply about surviving in the zone and the team who needed to resporn the least were the winners. As the game started everyone dived for cover among the trees as the first of both teams took direct hits.
The plain hats easily won the first game (must have been something to do with Carl's team talk)

The second game was a variation of capture the flag. The idea of the game was to reach the opposition's base and bring their flag back to your own and strategy and team work was key with sonmem. This game was much harder as the only way to resporn to call you your team's field medic.

Scouts who participated had a fantastic time and many are already asking when we can go back.
