Cubs @ Oxclose: Animal Adventure

Dogs, cats, swans, slides, swings all in one day?! It must be the cubs from Oxclose's visit to Bryson's animal refuge! First, the day started off outside the Bryson's centre with 13 cheerful cubs. Everyone went inside and found out about the refuge. Cubs hope to raise a large donation with a sponsored walk next weekend.

We all saw the noisy alsatian, then went to the bouncing dogs (literally) and of course Jack the Dalmatian. They also saw cats which will probably never get another home because they were all either semi-feral or completely feral (feral means that they have become wild again). We then saw the huge food room, where every item was donated by people.

After the visit we had a little time on our hands so took a visit to Saltwell Park where we practiced the "art" of Geocaching and had fun on the swings!

A great day was had by all, despite the weather! Next Saturday cubs are taking part in a sponsored BP walk. See all photos in the photos zone.
