Cubs @ Oxclose: Defend to get fit!

This week Cubs @ Oxclose tried out some Taekwondo as part of their Fitness Challenge programme. In a week that was a complete contrast to last week's Haka Dance, cubs learned the importance of being fit, warming up and cooling down and just how important self discipline is in self defence.

Reece, 7, said,  "it was a great night and was really good. I've never done this before and it was a good fun!". It's certainly non-stop in this programme and looks like the parents and family night coming up soon will have plenty of new skills and activity to share.
