Celebrating Achievements of Our Young People

We're proud that the group offers a programme which allows our young people the chance to not only be part of scouting, but to participate in other activities within the community. We've got members who play in local bands, participate in local drama productions and scouts who play sports at a national or regional level. We'd like to celebrate success outside of scouting as well as within.

Did you know for example that Rob plays table tennis at a regional level and that Andrew puts himself through the pain of regular training to compete in biathlons and swimming competitions across the country? They both manage all of this while still enjoying the adventurous programme that 3rd Washington offers every week.

Send us your stories and a picture to web@3rdwashingtonscouts.org.uk and we'll publish your story on our website.

3rd Washington aims to grow our Group, to provide adventure to every young person in the North and West of Washington, by building a successful team of adult volunteers to deliver a balanced programme of activities.
