Biggest Summer Camp Yet!

Yesterday 64 scouts from 3rd Washington, Fatfield and Cleadon returned from their biggest summer camp ever. Everyone had a great week despite the changeable weather conditions and we even managed a dip in the river (freezing as it was). Other highlights included the caving experience where the instructor challenged scouts to squeeze through the tiniest of spaces, ghyll scrambling, shelter building and Lightwater valley where some scouts rode the frightening Eagle's Claw ride four times. We can't wait to do it all again next year!

The first set of photos are now online in the members area with more to follow.

Thanks to all scouts who attended for a fantastic week and to all leaders and adult supporters who made the week away possible.
