Beavers have been getting creative by making their own jungle safari. This week's wild adventure started with making animals for their jungle scene.

Following instructions from Kingfisher, Beavers carefully folded their card to make fantastic origami tigers and elephants for their forest and grassland. Next week Beavers will be adding trees and bushes to finish their works of art. If you want to make an elephant of your own, try these instructions.

he current Beaver programme is inspired by the adventures of one of the colony who has recently been lucky enough to visit Nepal. Ask Josh about his trip and he'll tell you how exciting it was to ride an elephant, how he made friends with some Nepalese Scouts in Kathmandu and all of his other experiences abroad. Beaver Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits, helping others and having sleepovers. Beavers meet as a colony once every Thursday night.
